This figures wears a typical Saxon mail shirt and late viking skeggox. The clothing beneath the chain mail is thought to have been tight woolen trousers and long wool tunic with shoes for foot protection. Our figure depicts a warrior of average means as it lacks any use of silk cloth or embroidery that was sometimes seen on the rich warrior of this period.
