At the core of this vicious nest of snakes is the throne room of the maniacal COBRA COMMANDER. From within this sanctuary, the Commander conducts his vulgar campaign for world domination. Seated upon his regal throne, COBRA COMMANDER contemplates every move and direction COBRA takes, always in an effort to stay one step ahead of G.I. JOE and their collective efforts to stop COBRA. It is from this throne that COBRA COMMANDER's gospel of terror is spewed.
