Product Description

The “smock parachutist” in DPM was introduced in the late 70’s after several years of resistance from the Parachute regiment who had worn Denison camouflage smocks since WW2

The design of the smock included many design features of the later Denisons - woollen cuffs, the “tail” the collar zippers and the front pocket arrangement

It was the smock paratroops wore through the Falklands war (under heavy winter parkas and wind proofs) - and well  into the 21st  century

It was worn with green lightweight trousers in warm weather and as here -in the field - with heavy 1968 pattern DPM trousers.
