30th Anniversary Decal Set

This decal was supposed to come with each 30th Anniversary item sold by Toys R Us at the 1994 Convention. They didn't have time to put them on boxes and we were able to acquire them at the end of the convention. The black on gold decal reads "1994 G.I. Joe Collectors' Convention August 20 & 21, 1994 First Public Sale".
