Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment. Woodland Camouflage. This set was released in 2003.
Modern equipment used by many NATO forces, especially the US and Britain. The
system's modularity comes from the use of Pouch Attachment Ladder
Syster (PALS) webbing equipment as rows of heavy-duty nylon stitched
onto the vest to allow attaching of various compatible pouches and
accessories. This method has become a standard for modular tactical
gear. It replaced the All-purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying
Equipment (ALICE) system.
Set 2 includes:
- Medical pack w/suspenders
- Waist pack
- Pack frame attachment
- Radio pouch
