A prompt refund of the merchandise price will be issued for any regular catalog item returned for any reason within 14 days, in the same condition as received. The only exception is for items marked ‘Sold ‘As-Is’.
If we have made an error, or if there is a significant defect in the contents, we will make it right without causing you additional expense.
Standard Package Condition for newly made items is C8 or better, unless otherwise advertised or discussed prior to shipping. If your collecting standard requires only C9 or C10, please let us know. We will select the best available to meet your standard, and pack with care, however cannot be responsible for return shipping costs or shipping refunds for items that are at least C8.
