With features of both the shark and the ray and a snout that would make any foe think twice, the Sawfish glides through shallow tropical waters worldwide. The scale model Monterey Bay Aquarium collection was designed in collaboration with scientists at the Monterey Bay Aquarium in California. The Aquarium's mission is to encourage awareness and conservation of the oceans and their abundant life, a commitment shared by Safari Ltd. Along with being professionally sculpted, each replica is individually hand painted, creating realism that can usually only be found by seeing these remarkable creatures up close. The scale of this set ranges from 1:20 to 1:50. Safari Ltd has a worldwide license agreement to develop and sell this exclusive collection.
