Previously a US Ranger, Raven was discharged from service. The details of the discharge have been kept secret and all that is known is that there is a great deal of bad blood between Raven and the service. Raven now sells his expertise as a mercenary to who ever will pay him, and he has become "Scorpion the Enforcer." He enjoys nothing more than opposing the very establishment which trained him. He is expertly trained in weapons use and close quarter battle.

Dressed in leather pants and vest and includes a flocked green beret with Scorpion emblem and sports a shotgun, 2 lugers, 4 flash-bang grenades and fighting knife. Also included: sun glasses, chain jewelry, ammo belt and cigar. hands are molded black gloves.
