Underwater Demolition Outfit Set

To celebrate the 60th Anniversary of GI Joe, Cotswold Collectibles will be releasing different 1960s and 1970s themed sets.  A few years ago, we released our interpretation of the AT Rocket Pack, but as it should have originally appeared, according to early mock up images,

When working on the Rocket Pack, we discovered that another set - Underwater Demolition - was different in concept phase compared to final production.  The hand-held propulsion unit was black (not green), there were two demo charges (not one). and the belt was mounted on the top portion of the back unit (not the waist).  The one standout feature of the set was that it was supposed to have a signal device (see back of product card in description). With this in mind, unit will have a functioning battery operated light up beacon!

We worked with Jim Egner to reproduce this as close to the mock up as possible.  The only change we made was using black elastic for the belt, whereas the mock up image showed a white belt.
