Wrist Communication & Navigation Unit (Yellow w/Blue Pad)

The Elite Brigade must stay in contact at all times with head quarters as well as each other.  That's why Doctor Huxter with Huxter Industries  developed his Wrist Communication and Navigation Unit.  Each unit contains a small satellite phone system that links to the Elite Brigade's satellite system in space.  Also, because of the satellite connection, users can access and pinpoint their location at any time using the built in GPS and navigation mapping system.
